RecommendedThe facility is always clean and they are taking COVID very serious at the Creve Couer location. I always feel safe coming in to hop on the hydroluxe or getting a service. And the staff is just as friendly as ever! They do a great job of making you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in!
So, let this be known. If you're an ER Nurse or any form of Healthcare Worker that is working with COVID Patients, you're not allowed to enter this facility or have a massage!!!! We were just told we had to cancel our 90 minute massages due to me being in contact with COVID patients within the last 7 days! We were told no exceptions. This is our Anniversary weekend and date day. We have 4 kids that we had to get a sitter for, drive 2.5 hours, just to be turned away! RecommendedBrittany is a godsend and deserves a customer service award! She has the best customer service skills. After a terrible experience with a different location, Brittany is the ONLY reason I did not cancel my subscription. Our massages were excellent and we will return.

There was a short period of time during my tenure where there was some choatic experiences with appointment being cancelled last minute (I would be called on my way to the appointment), constant rescheduling of appointments etc. However, I haven't had any issues since that time.
