Terrible, terrible location! Incompetent employees. I have already been comped TWICE in the last 30 days because they have no idea what they are doing. Yesterday was the last straw when they double booked my therapist and I didn't find out until I got out there only to be told she wasn't available. Needless to say I canceled my membership and am awaiting a call back from corporate .....we'll see.
I get facials only here. Jasmin is great! She is very knowledgeable and gives me steam when I want it!!! Her facials are super relaxing and I almost fall asleep every time.
