Horrible experience. Waited twenty minutes for a 4:30 appointment. Left at 4:50 after being told my therapist was no where to be found. No offer of any concession or assistance at all from staff. Is this the type of experience that monthly members should expect? If so I’ll happily share that information with all of my friends.

Sarah gives great facials and skin care recommendations. She is also just awesome in general. Steve gave me a fantastic massage. He understood what I wanted. #sogood They are always great!
I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now. Steve is my personal favorite! His deep tissue are excellent, and they’re also very accommodating for prenatal massages!

I went in to cancel my membership because they had canceled my last two appointments. My therapist was injured then another got sick. I was very upset. But the manager was very understanding of my situation. The manager went above and beyond to help me and to apologize for what had happened.
This was my very first time ever and I must say I felt euphoric! Jewel was very accomodating and just nice! Ellen had magic hands! I will return. I feel incredible!
