Had my first session with Reggie and couldn't be happier. My right hip has been giving me so many problems. His technique allowed my hip to be stretched better than ever and I felt release from tension I've been holding for a very long time. Reggie is extremely professional and made sure to answer all my questions. I def recommend his services.
I had my first session with Reggie last week. I don't think I have the words to describe the experience... I had a back injury 5 years ago. Since then I've had 3 spinal surgeries. I'm in pain most of the time, and I'm ALWAYS tight, tense, and uncomfortable. After my session with Reggie, I feel better than I have in 5 years!! The amount of release and relaxation I feel is something I never thought I'd experience again! I'm so thankful I discovered Reggie on social media!! I'll be scheduling another appointment soon!!
I’ve had a great experience getting a massage with Reggie. Not only is he very passionate about what he does but he is also very educated. My IT bands were super tight and Reggie was able to help me feel better. I even slept amazing at night! I highly recommend Reggie!!

I’ve been seeing Reggie for a couple months now and honestly have never experienced such attention to detail. I used to book 60mins and upgraded to 2 hour sessions because it’s so therapeutic. Very very experienced and tailors to my physical needs based on my current training program.
