Last time I had went there, I was asked upfront to tip them without even experiencing the service. Then, when I had asked for extra time once my appointment was done I was rushed out. for some reason, only wanted cash instead of card payments very suspicious.

I came here and their massage was very professional. It relieved the soreness in my back and made me feel relaxed. I will come back again. It's a highly recommended place.

I come here as the first time walk in customer for a 60min full body massage. I filled out the form and I circled which area to mainly focus and pressure preferences and I explained to the lady which she noded that she got it. She spent the entire 60min on my back without massaging my legs, thighs, hands, not my front area. I explained to her that was not what I paid for and she tried to pretend that she don’t understand. The 3 is for her effort on the back massage but the service was not worth my time.

I don't know the name of the lady that massaged me, but she definitely knows her stuff. I cannot thank her enough for what she did to my upper back, especially my left side. It's very rare to find masseuses like her. Please and I do mean please don't change management, because this is what screws up your employees and how you lose your customers, and I don't want to be one of those customers.
