Unacceptable Experience – Beware! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Massage Wellness SPA (3108 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606). I don’t want to say for sure that I was racially profiled but it sure felt that way! Despite there being no customers, I had to wait a long time, but I still chose to support this small business. I made an appointment online for a one-hour body massage with Haili, she was smiling the whole time, I had sore muscles in my waist and she massaged me very hard, I could feel that she was attentive and relieved my sore waist, she was very light and it was very comfortable on my back, I gave her a good tip and I will come back!
I completed full body stretching and massage today.It was so professional. I like it 👌
Very bad service she ahd a bad attitude the whole time then told me I can't come back because I didn't tip her because of her attitude
