I come here when I'm in town for work and get great results each time. I've had both therapists who are both excellent at what they do. This place is a great value.
This was my go-to place, until Sunday, June 22, 2025, when the massage therapist I had was the worst ever. She was distracted throughout my massage. I could tell because she stayed in one spot moving slowly with unattentiveness, it seemed. I even asked, "are you distracted". Not sure if she understood what I was saying right away. Unacceptable Experience – Beware! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Massage Wellness SPA (3108 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606). I don’t want to say for sure that I was racially profiled but it sure felt that way! Despite there being no customers, I had to wait a long time, but I still chose to support this small business. I made an appointment online for a one-hour body massage with Haili, she was smiling the whole time, I had sore muscles in my waist and she massaged me very hard, I could feel that she was attentive and relieved my sore waist, she was very light and it was very comfortable on my back, I gave her a good tip and I will come back!
