"I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. They count the time for changing clothes before and after the massage as part of the massage session, which was not communicated to me during my first appointment. I only found out during my second visit. As it was my first time trying a postpartum massage, this lack of transparency left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I definitely won’t be returning."
