Kalpesh Patel is Very nice owner. Other massage therapist also very hard work and do their job very well. You really feel relax after massage.

Nomally the word massage is used very lightly. But it gives you an entire different meaning when you receive massage from Kalpesh. He mastered his skills and offers authentic massage that gets rid of any sort of pain and stiffness from muscles making you feel lighter and more refreshing. My left shoulder and arm had severe pain. I can confidently that his massage offered more relief to me than physiotherapy. I recommend his services.

Thank you for your response. I understand the challenges no-shows create for a business. But using the possibility of “other clients” not showing up as a reason to release a confirmed booking is not a sound basis for cancelling an appointment. At no point during booking or in your reminder messages was it communicated that same-hour confirmation was required, or that failing to respond immediately would result in losing the times lot. Extremely unprofessional people here. I had a booking at 5pm. They sent a reminder asking to confirm booking at 2:17pm, i was busy and when I saw the message at 4:17pm I confirmed. But, low and behold they suddenly said your booking was given to someone else because I didn't confirm right away. Their only excuse was "new clients tend to not show up, so we gave up your slot to our returning clients". Then he started rambling about the business having empty slots if no one shows up.
