I booked a 9:30 AM massage through ClassPass on July 7th at 12 PM for the following morning, July 8th. I arrived on time, but the shop was completely closed. I waited for a while, but no one showed up. I also tried calling multiple times, but their voicemail box was full. Shanée is the absolute best. A true expert. I first found her on the Soothe app when I had a debilitating back spasm. Now she’s my go-to for back issues. I’ve worked with some of the best body experts over the years and she is seriously a genius. I recommend her to absolutely everyone
