If you like deep tissue she has the strength to do it. I like the intense pressure on my knots and she did not disappoint.
I have been going to Sara for many years now. She is one of the best massage therapists that I know. I walk in with pain in my back or neck and walk out feeling immensely better. I also do a 30 minute stretch with her that is a great help as well in loosening up those painful muscles. I would HIGHLY recommend Sara!
