Refused to take a booked appointment. They allowed me to book a massage at 7pm, then when I arrived at 6:50pm they said it was too late and they could do it tomorrow but I would have to get a refund online for my current appointment and then pay for another appointment the next day. No one spoke English and it took 3 people and Google translate over 30 minutes to figure out they wouldn't honor my reservation. Definitely never going back.
Not saying this place is not worth their 4.8 rating. Just giving MY experience. My husband and I went for a 90 minute couples massage for our anniversary. We were very excited and looking forward to it. Not only because of the money invested, but we truly needed some relax and release time.
