I was really disappointed with my massage experience. I specifically mentioned that my main problem areas were my neck and shoulders, and she said they’d focus on them, but they were barely worked on at all. Most of the session felt like very light brushing over my body rather than an actual massage, and a large portion of the time was spent with the therapist simply pressing an arm against my back without any real movement or technique.
