VERY DISAPPOINTED. I wanted and needed a chair back massage soooooo badly, but I believe their chair is broken. The seat is not adjustable and my pelvic bone slid down directly onto a chrome bar. OUCH! Then the guy offered me a bed. My feet stink, I cannot take my shoes off today. I wanted ONLY a chair massage. I said thank you and left.
