Very therapeutic. Perfect following my recent injury and history!
The best there is. If you’re having problem areas she addresses then and releases locked muscles and gives you exercises to do at home. Been going for a few years and can’t recommend Sheena enough!
Sheena is a master in her field! Muscle manipulation is not an easy, comfortable, low light and soft music type massage. It’s treating the root cause, not the symptom, and she does this well. Highly recommend!!! God bless y’all!
