Rude and confusing I called Massage Place in Walnut Creek, CA to ask about their __cpLocation and services. The woman who answered the phone was very impatient and did not speak much English. Emphasis on tip policy instead of good customer service When I've gone to get a massage at other places, the staff made me feel comfortable and like they're they're there to pamper me right as I walk in the door...NOT at Massage Place. As I walked in the door I noticed the signs to silence cell phones and take off shoes which I appreciated.
