We were heading here today but after all these comments about the rudeness and the begging of tips, and how you make others feel uncomfortable, our group of 8 will take our business elsewhere. I can understand if this only happened once but look at these reviews, they are shameful. No one should be discriminated against because of the color of their skin. Shame on your employees and establishment for continually making people feel bad.
We loved it. Ask for a guy if you want a strong massage. We got a female and male masseuse . Felt relaxed afterwards! It’s a good spot to go to if you don’t have an appt anywhere. Don’t expect the same luxury massage at the hotel, but it’s a great spot if you’re at Ala Moana.
When I arrived to the message palace in the big mall, I was not greeted by the receptionist Instead She gave me the nastiest look as if I was not supposed to be there!!I looked around and noticed there was really no one there and I asked her. This is an amazing experience! The oversized chairs are luxurious and lay back completely. Be sure to get the foot massage and body combination (for only $65 for 70 minutes!). It includes acupressure and the best deep-tissue work over. You will leave feeling like butter. They are fantastic!
