I went to this location because I found it in Groupon with my friend. I didn't like how the ladies didn't want to close the curtains when we were getting undressed I had to wait and make them notice I felt uncomfortable. Today I went here with my partner for a couples massage. The vibe was off the moment we got there. I asked to used the restroom and the lady followed me and turned the light on for me and waited outside the door felt very off. Once the massage started the lady was very rough and sticking her fingers in my ears and hitting my head. Me and my partner got a couples massage the man in the front took us back to the “room” that only had curtains around it. The massage it self was horrible, this was the worse experience we have ever received. This was very unprofessional when they massaged your legs they took the towel off of you and also pulled your underwear down to low to where you were exposed. I've been coming to Massage One for years, and until now I've always had a good experience. The prices are great, and the massages have consistently been worth it. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was so disappointing that it will be my last. During the massage, the therapists were using far too much pressure. We repeatedly asked them to ease up and stop digging so hard, but they ignored our requests and even laughed when we told them it was hurting. That was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
