I went for a couples massage today and it was amazing! Emily and Coco were in tune with our bodies and made sure we felt comfortable but also focused heavily on our problem areas and knots. Would definitely come back :-) the pricing was also great.

I visited Massage1Spa with two friends for massages and had a very uncomfortable experience from start to finish. When we arrived, we were told we had to pay upfront. I have been to many massage places and this is not usually the process, so it already felt unusual. After paying, I asked for a receipt and was told they do not give paper receipts and that I needed to take a photo of it instead, which I found odd. I booked a session here after dealing with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders from work. The massage therapist was friendly, listened to what was bothering me, and adjusted the pressure when needed. I left feeling much more relaxed and noticed less stiffness the next day. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind. Not every ache disappeared right away, but overall it was a really good experience and I'd defintely consider coming back again when I need it.

It's a good basic massage they can be distracted at times but all in all a good experience for the price
