I had purchased a couples Groupon for this place. Had called to reserve, and unfortunately could only give notice of cancellation 15 minutes before the appointment time. The man who answered was very verbally upset with me, making sure I knew how wrong I was for canceling, almost shunning me for my choice. RUDE MANAGEMENT SINCE YOU GOT THERE OLD LADY FRONT DESK HAS A HORRIBLE DESPICABLE ATTITUDE I ASKED FOR PRICES TWISTED EYES POINTED DASH BOARD ON DESK DEMANDING PAY BEFORE NOT EVEN NICE TO EXPLAIN SERVICE NONE OF THAT JUST HORRIBLE PLACE AND THE MASSAGE TOTALLY A TORTURE THE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE
Sign saying what is appropriate tip $15 -$20 for one-hour massage on counter is helpful. ( Better than being confronted after!)
Very rude lady receptionist! me and my friend been their customer for many times we always get couples massage and today we decided to get 1 and half hour massage since we like the massage of their therapist when we checked in we paid right away but in the middle of our session she went in the massage room and confronted that one of us did not pay, very unprofessional she could have just waited after the massage to fixed whatever is the problem -we came to relax not to stress out the way she behaves. Never coming back again.
