Absolutely horrible place. Rude woman at the reception. I had booked a couples massage on Groupon and she grabbed my phone to validate the groupon voucher. The massage therapists talked through the entire massage. One took a phone call in the middle of the massage. I came across this place on groupon . I decided to try it since it was such a great deal . Upon arrival the lady at front desk was rude , and communication was tough . Throughout my massage it was not relaxing the lady upfront came a few times and was talking to the person massaging me . It was not serene, the lady massaging me would keep leaving . They basically haggle a larger tip out of you when trying to leave. We booked a couple's massage. The massagers were constantly talking to each other, phones ringing, front desk screaming at them, stepping out every 20 minutes. At the beginning we called to set up an appointment but when we showed up they said our phone number was not associated with an appointment. Turns out they made a mistake. Then they shame you for not leavibg a large tip when leaving, basically announcing it to the entire lobby.
When I came to review I was so shocked to see so many negative ones- the staff was very respectful and attentive. I checked in via phone number at the front desk & was able to pay my tip over card to which she handed us cash to know our therapist were being taken care of. Every aspect of this couples massage exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending this place to everyone!
DON'T GO HERE! I bought a couples massage for my wife and I through Groupon, and it was a joke. They don't take reservations beyond two days out so it was very hard to plan ahead. When we finally got there, the person at the front desk (does not deserve to be called a lady) was super rude. No greeting whatsoever.. just asked for my number and grabbed my phone to see the Groupon.
