Reserved the couple's massage 1 week in advance only to have it canceled at the time of our arrival with no offers discounts. No notification of cancelation, only one confirming our arrival time. Out of town guest, just looking to relax. Struggled to find a place with such short notice for my wife and I. Not reliable.
