I had a 90 minute massage appointment at 5: 30 scheduled with Lee. My services started 15 minutes late. I turned to Lee to asked how was she going to compensate for the 15 minute deficite. She said, " I SAID I WOULD ADD YOUR TIME TOWARDS THE END." At that point I asked her why did she feel it was necessary to speak to me in the manner in which she did.
