Purchased a groupon at a great price, 60 min facial and 60 min massage! Let me start with the positive, the massage was amazing! Best massage ever and would go back just for the massage! Now for the con's- the facial..... wouldn't call it at facial at all. Never had a facial done where the room is dark, they dont examine your skin, no extractions, didnt talk me thru what she was doing. The worst massage ever, I dont know what she used on my face but I'm now breaking out horribly which I have never had a issue with before!
I had a phenomenal experience with Katlyn and Logan! I received a massage and a facial and both were thorough and well done. Logan guided me through skin care products. She was personable and gave me her card to reach out about products. Katlyn gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She asked about points of concern and addressed them well. Don't go there and either don't purchase a Groupon. They take just your money. I scheduled an appointment when I arrived the lazy lady told me you are not scheduled. However she called her manager???and told me she will call me back it was on the 08/18/25 no call back today. It can't be that you have to fight to get your money back.Also that building is smelling like mold So I get the impression they fake the reviews
