I had never had a massage before and went here for a deep tissue massage and it was incredible! Jeff is very professional and attentive and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Will definitely be coming back! If you’re thinking about it just book it, you won’t regret it!
Jeff is incredible at what he does and the nicest person ever on top of it. I have gone to him for both general massages and also for a shoulder injury before, life changing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)
Jeff has helped significantly with my shoulder mobility and hip pain. He's skilled at getting to the root of an issue and providing relief while also giving explanations of what steps you can take to continue seeing progress and alleviating pain on your own. The atmosphere is relaxing and I feel great every time I leave. Love Massage Lifestyle!
