John at Massage Kinetics is amazing! He’s passionate about helping people feel their best with deep tissue massage, stretching, and fully customized sessions. He listens, constantly checks in on pressure, and makes sure it’s exactly what you can handle—unless you want it to be more intense. Every massage feels like a workout for my muscles (in the best way), and I always leave feeling looser, stronger, and ready to move. Highly recommend!
John was very friendly, welcoming, passionate and really listened to my requests and I felt he was in-tuned to my problem areas! He did an excellent job on getting my body tension released, used techniques that really targeted my tight muscles! Definitely going back and I highly recommend him.
Regina and John are both incredible! Best massage I’ve ever had and so healing.
Regina has given me the BEST massages of all time. She definitely has hands made for healing! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and knows exactly where to work to help relieve pain, muscle ache or just help you relax. I loved when she would incorporate cupping into my sessions ! You will not work for it booking services with Regina. I relocated and have yet to find anyone as talented as she is.
