Finally found the restorative massage I’ve been needing for my exercise related injuries! John was phenomenal- he worked on my right hamstring and hip that had been tight for a year and been in severe acute pain for 10 days. With targeted pressure and interactive movement, my leg is demonstrably better! So grateful and can’t recommend enough if you need to treat deep knots, tightness, and fascia release!
John at Massage Kinetics is amazing! He’s passionate about helping people feel their best with deep tissue massage, stretching, and fully customized sessions. He listens, constantly checks in on pressure, and makes sure it’s exactly what you can handle—unless you want it to be more intense. Every massage feels like a workout for my muscles (in the best way), and I always leave feeling looser, stronger, and ready to move. Highly recommend!
John was very friendly, welcoming, passionate and really listened to my requests and I felt he was in-tuned to my problem areas! He did an excellent job on getting my body tension released, used techniques that really targeted my tight muscles! Definitely going back and I highly recommend him.
