Felt a million times better after my massage with John!
I would give 100 stars if I could! John's level of skills, knowledge and expertise with the human body, neuromuscular massage, traction and trigger points is truly amazing! I am a medical professional myself and a survivor of 3 high speed accidents in which I was rearended and suffered severe neck and back injuries. John is an excellent massage therapist. He really understands what to target in order to decrease pain and increase mobility. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a massage therapist who is highly skilled. I have been to many sports massage therapists and John is certainly one of the best I've found.
John knows how to get deep into your tissue to solve the root of problems. He was very open about making sure I was comfortable with how hard he was getting into the tissue and muscle.
Best sports massage I’ve ever had. Great place for getting some real work done, above and beyond a spa.
