Misti was GREAT! She asked questions to find out what my husband and I were each wanting/needing out of our massages. She came to our home and made us feel super comfortable. I will definitely book with her again.
I just had the most healing, energizing 9D Breathwork session with Lauren Wallace-Stahl. Every part of the session brought focus, peace, and confidence to move forward past trauma into contented peace. Every session I've had with Misty has been a healing experience. She has confident, skilled and caring hands to address whatever needs you might have. She listens to your concerns and is talented at making a plan that is tailor-made for you. Misty has an ability to apply deep pressure while still making you feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend!
I had a 2hr deep tissue and myofascial release session and I'll be scheduling another one as soon as possible! It was an incredibly productive experience improving significant pain in my neck, arms, lower back, and legs. I got to select my music preference and aroma therapy scent for the session and instantly felt very comfortable with Misty's demeanor and skills. What a bonus that her business is mobile and she brings the spa to you! Very happy I tried something a little out of my comfort zone.
