Long overdue, but I only have great things to say about Mik. He is incredibly knowledgable about the body, movement, recovery, and rehabilitation. His unique practice uses a variety of different tools tailored to your needs. For me, I had a chronic injury from running and used to work as a routesetter in the rock climbing industry. Loved working with Mik!! He is thorough and intentional with his work, talking you through what he is doing and how everything is connected. I appreciated the before and after check ins as it was helpful to my own understanding of what my body needed and how to help maintain the work he did during our session. Mik creates a comfortable environment no matter the location. With my busy schedule, it was helpful to be able to have a massage done in the comfort of my own home. Massage was definitely kneaded- book with Mik!!!
Mik is super knowledgeable and intuitive about pressure points. He takes the time to ensure that you are comfortable, physically and mentally, before and through the duration of your session. He created a relaxing and refreshing ambiance in the dimly-lit space that was provided. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend Mik.
