massages were done very well, Julie was so nice and I felt comfortable with her giving me a massage. I thought it was good for the price, other than the fact that the room was cold so my feet were ice cubes, I really liked the place. the beds were warmed just wish the room overall was warmer. anyway I do highly recommend!
The best ever!!! The ambiance was so pleasant as well as staff from the minute you walk in the door!
The zero gravity chairs were great! Also very affordable. 10/10 would recommend and also come back.
Booked 2 massage chairs. New location is terrible. Awful parking. Small area for the chairs several loud employees, the staff interrupted my friends massage to move the car, after being told to park in that location. Unable to relax due to the loud chatter from employees around me. Louder than the “noise cancelling” headphones I had on. Friend stated he couldn’t relax because of the klunking of the chair. Had a great couples visit earlier in March!
Maybe they just don't care about customer service if you have a deal? Either way, I wouldn't pay them $1. I understand they want to make as much money as possible on a busy weekend, but not putting blackout dates on a deal before you buy it, and then getting angry when you try to use it isn't great business practice. Also, maybe the texting to book isn't a great option for them.
