Check-in was actually friendly, though complicated. It felt like the masseuses were almost annoyed to be doing the massages. No attention was made to the requested areas, and though requested for deep pressure .. my husband definitely received feather pressure. They started late and ended early. Will not be returning.
Ask for 'Netta' . She was amazing. I visited them today- the services were awesome. Highly rate this place.
We scheduled a couples massage here. Unfortunately due to a vehicle accident we were unable to make it in. I called them and expressed the issue, let them know we would send them photos and yet they still charged us for the massages. They state " Our loyalty to our guests is unwavering, as we pour love and positive energy into every aspect of our service." But that clearly doesn't extend to their customer service.
