I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service at this location. Their website made an error and booked me at the wrong location, but they still went ahead and provided my massage. I was hesitant from the reviews to book a massage here. I am glad I gave it a shot! I received a 90 minute massage as a gift. Let me say, I hate calling in anywhere.
