I believe in giving businesses second chances. However, in this case, I should have canceled my membership after the first serious issue I encountered. What I experienced reflects a lack of transparency in both your system and your staff’s communication, and it is unacceptable. actually a waste of time - the areas they asked me to focus on where never touched and somehow she accomplished what seems like nothing in 90 min of massage. the pressure was good at first when she checked in but by the end it was just pointless repetition.
