If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My son and I each had separate memberships here, and at the start, the staff were all smiles while taking our payment. I bought a 1-year package (11 sessions) after being told I could share it with a friend. In practice, this meant that if my friend used a session, the invoice went under their name, they could claim it through their insurance, and the reimbursement went straight to them — something I personally did not realize would happen, and that made the “sharing” benefit useles... read more
Great massage parlour, clean, friendly staff and great therapist, especially Jomar and Shakia!
I would definitely pay another visit. Charmaine did a very good massage. Since then, I'm not been feeling pain at all at the lower backbone. I wonder why I didn't come to Massage Heights earlier. Satisfied 10/10 by Charmaine.

Went in for a 60 minute massage and was happily convinced to do a 90 minute massage. Based on how bad my back and shoulders felt, the results were amazing!! Definitely rebooked!!
