I’ve been to this place before and really liked the therapist — she is excellent and the massage itself was great. However, my most recent experience left me disappointed. When I booked over the phone, I was offered an “additional” service to target specific areas (like head/neck or back). Philip is seriously incredible! I have never had such a relaxing and effective massage in my life. He really listens to what pains you’re having and targets his treatments for it. He has helped a ton with my back pain. He goes over and above in any way he can and truly is the best massage therapist I’ve ever come across. I will definitely come back and book an appointment with Philip.

I would like to clarify that my concern is specifically about the Shawnessy location. My membership is registered there, and all of my communication was with your front desk staff at Shawnessy. When I called, the receptionist was unable to assist me and stated that she had “no idea how the website works,” even though it is your company’s website. She then told me that I would have to be charged three additional months first before I could use my existing credit. When I explained that this was unfair and that I would escalate... read more
