Be extremely careful before signing up for their membership programs — in my experience, the information you receive at sign-up does not match the actual policies. I was clearly told I could cancel after my third payment. But when I tried to cancel, I was suddenly told I had to finish the entire payment schedule. I tried a few massage places before finding Massage Heights Shawnessy and haven’t been anywhere else since! The ambiance is great, staff is very friendly, and my regular therapist, Wimzee is absolute magic!
Whatever you do, DO NOT opt in for the membership. I used mine 2 days before the monthly fee was withdrawn from my account, and they charged me for the massage ON TOP of the fee. The manager will not even return my calls about the issue. Once this god forsaken membership is up, I will never return.
Sach and Sean were excellent. It took a while for us to find RMTs that gave the kind of deep pressure deep tissue massage we were looking for but it was worth the wait! Highly recommend
