I’ve been a member for 3 years and always have experienced an upbeat, professional front desk staff. As far as massages go, I’ve got my favorite therapist and she’s my lifesaver! When those few times have occurred and I couldn’t schedule her, I’ve been pleased with my massage experience with other therapists.
