The techs are great and so are the front desk clerks. I love Dr. Parsa. I have been going to them for more than 10 years and very happy with everything. I highly recommend to you to try this dental office. You will be pleased.
All I have to say is the service provided by the Tech was excellent. Dr Tnan and is assistant explain in detail what was wrong and how the would fix my dental problems.
My whole family have been going to this place for more than 10 years. We are always happy with the services. I love Dr. Parsa and the whole team. The customer service is great, courteous, prompt and very polite. The office jjust has been upgraded, new, clean and spaceous. I highly recommend you to try it out. You will be pleased with services they will provide you.
Cleaning and X-ray. There was no wait when I arrived, and the overall experience was great. I opted for the annual plan which will save me a few bucks.

Everyone there is friendly and their new location has all the high tech equipment. Definitely recommended.
Once I went back for my cleaning it was great. I was very disappointed that I spent about 30 minutes the day before completing and submitting my new patient forms, only to be greeted with the same paperwork. The system did not automatically push my paperwork to the receptionist. She then told me that it didn't work/she didn't know how to get my information from it. With the help of a couple of people and 15 minutes later the problem was resolved. If you offer online submission of paperwork it should work. Period. Either call... read more
