The front office staff is always warm and welcoming. I am sure that they put nervous visitors at ease. Stacy is always prompt and efficient and gentle with my cleaning. My gums never hurt or bleed and I don't "wear" water or anything on my face as I've had at other dentist offices. I wish my mouth wasn't open because she is nice to talk to! I met Dr. Valentina today and I like her very much. Dr. Parsa is also great! I highly recommend John's Creek Dental Excellence!!
Have been using Denatl Excellence for about 4 years. Lovely facility and excellent staff. Offers a in-house program which helps to make the cost not prohibitive if one doesn't have dental insurance.

From the moment my wife and I walked in the door until after we got home and received follow-up emails, we were impressed by the attentiveness of the staff to our needs and comfort. There was no wait time when we arrived, but we never felt rushed out the door either. Great job, everyone.

I was examined, x-rayed, and counselled, allowing for three options. This was the best excellent experience ever from all dental procedures. I was very impressed.
Been using Dr. Parsa and his staff for years now and could not imagine going anywhere else. He is very conservative and won't recommend any work that you do not need. His staff is professional but also caring and compassionate. I recently had a tooth issue while vacationing in Alaska and they squeezed me in on the day of my return. Today we went from Charlotte to Johns Creek just for our teeth. I only got the annual cleaning, but my husband got two implants. Perfect work can't be described better. Team work is their number one, but Dr. Parsa is the best dentist we have ever met. We trust him and his recommendation. Calm, perfect, diligent. He is outstanding for sure.
