Johns Creek Dental Excellence is the model for how businesses should operate. Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel extremely comfortable and that you are truly a VIP. Since this was my first time here, I was given a complete tour of the facility by Laura, who explained in detail what each area was for, including who worked that area. Johns Creek Dental Excellence is absolutely great. I'm a new patient and both of my visits thus far couldn't have been any better. The entire staff is super. From Dr. Tran and front office/reception to the dental hygienist and dental assistant, they couldn't make you feel any more comfortable. One moment, you're listening to music via Pandora, the next, you're getting a pillow put under your head while you're getting your teeth cleaned. It's all good. I went in for a pain free teeth cleaning using sleep dentistry, and that's what I got. Zero pain! Finally, the annual dentist visit doesn't have to be paramount to torture!
Great staff and dentists. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Overall I very much liked this place! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Ipad did malfunction after I completed the new patient forms and I had refill them out. Luckly, one of the ladies at the front desk could sense my frustrations and helped me through it quickly. The denist was very gentle during my proceedure and consistantly checked to make sure I was feeling okay. I will definitely be returning her for cleanings, etc.
The whole experience is dental excellence.
