Excellent but waiting for the next appointment
My experience with Johns Creek Dental Excellence was...well...excellent. It is not very often that I am truly overwhelmed with the level of service and professional that I experience on my very first visit. I also felt like it was a genuine part of the "corporate culture" - not just some made-up excuse to appear to be professional. Since i went there with a "dental emergency", I was seen quickly and my problems were resolved quickly. They truly did turn a "dreaded event" into a positive experience.
I have gone there for several visits both for a problem and for routine cleaning. The service is excellent and the work of the doctor is also every thing one would want in a dentist. Each member of the staff is very qualified. A Johns Creek resident

Great care and service
My family & I have been a patient of Dr. Parsa's for 15 years. We have been so pleased with he and his staff's care and incredible integrity that if we have an insurance provider that does not include Johns Creek Dental Excellence we have opted out of the employer co. insurance . Instead we elected the self insured option Johns Creek Dental Excellence offers. Dr Parsa is a terrific dentist and has a great support staff from the front office to the hygienist, Stacy. A truly professional team with excellent recommendations for good overall oral care.
I have serious dental needs and the staff there was wonderful. Starting with Traci who greets you with a smile and encouraging words. Lori who did my Xray. The Hygienist who clean my teeth. Germany lady don't recall her name. Dr. was patient and to the point. Great bedside manner.The office is beautiful and well maintained.
