From the moment you walk in to after your massage is completed, the experience is wonderful. Massage Heights is in a different class. Customer service is great and very personable. I went to their website and booked a 90 minute massage and hot stones and it said I only owed 20 dollars because I had to pay for the hot stones. When I called to verify my appointment they said it was incorrect and they would not honor what their website said. I even have confirmation of it. Very extremely disappointed. They said I'd have to pay 174.00 even though that's not what the website said nor the confirmation i got.
