Yesterday I called in and booked an appointment for today. I have a very busy schedule so I arranged my whole day for my 60 minute slot to work. I show up and am told that no one put me in the system to confirm my appointment! Then they go on to tell me I may have called the wrong location, so I called the number in my call log...and sure as heck, the phone at the reception desk rang. This place cancels move appointments then they keep with me . I'm trying to use up my years worth of massage credits . The new owners didn't even call me today after my schedule mess up yesterday.
