Absolutely wonderful! This was my first time ever visiting a spa. I felt very informed of what to expect. Staff was very professional. The girls at the desk checked my gift card for me and let me know that my boyfriend had purchased enough for a 1 hour massage and 1 of three extras. Foot scrub, facial massage or hot stones. I won't be going back. I had an "issue" a couple months ago. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT RESPOND when you have a problem After 3 phone calls and an email to corporate (which I also didn't receive a response from) I finally called corporate. She had the manager call me. I was promised that an extra 30 minutes would be added to my account. It never was. My family got me a membership for Christmas last year.
