Only giving 1 star because I have to. They closed down with not letting any of us clients knowing and I call Pembroke Pines to speak to them and the ladies were so nice but our individual owned so they couldn’t help much. I felt so bad for them because they are taking these phones from angry clients like myself. We want answers and we want them now!! The spa closed, all the Therapist are now in Hand and Stones Weston

I won a gala package that included gift cards to this place. I used some for me and some for my daughter. I went in to cancel the membership and was offered to freeze the account to receive additional services I had. I agreed. I have called to make an appointment and there was no answer. I decided to go in person and there is a sign that said temporarily closed.
