I went in to schedule a massage as I couldn't complete the appointment on the website. The receptionist told me I couldn't make an appointment in person. I had to call or go online. I explained, I attempted online without success. He suggested I try again. I don't beg to spend money. I will never patronize this chain. Will lost a potential regular customer.

My first massage here with Moorekeice was great. I made another appointment for a week later. I was unable to keep it so I logged into my massage green account and cancelled. Today I was charged. I called to find out why and was told by the front desk worker "our website is kinda weird so you shouldn't cancel on there. You should have called us. There is nothing I can do for you now." Havent went yet I go next week on Wednesday for the sauna service
Yesterday was my first visit to the spa. I was nervous but was quickly put at ease upon arrival. The atmosphere was tranquil and Serene. Stephanie did my facial and she was awesome! Michelle did my massage and it was wonderful as well. I will definitely be returning.
The gentleman I had last night did an awesome job. I was coming to use my last massage. But after that I decided to keep my membership. Thanks Morcuse (hope I spelled it right) great job
