I have had a therapist not show up for my massage at all (with only 5 minutes notice) and another be late. When I was asked if I was happy with my massage and I said no, the receptionist assured me it was my fault. Wish my experience as a customer was as important as them telling me how my experience was!

I had a 2 hour massage scheduled for today and the therapist is running late. Rather than start my time when he gets there they want to change my massage to a 90 min massage but still charge me for 120 mins. So disappointing, I always have a hard time scheduling they just don’t seem to have the availability to accommodate my schedule. Something to think about before buying a membership!!
Ask for medium and for super soft, didn’t feel relaxed at all.
Had a great experience and really enjoyed my massage by Carol. Will definitely be back!
They refused to accept the Groupon that they were offering. Stating it was a 'new policy'. So I left and looked at my recently purchased (5days) Groupon AND the ones that are still being sold. Sure enough, they are listed as a valid location. I am grateful that Groupon has wonderful customer service. Thanks for NOTHING!
