I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund for a charge that went through after I appropriately cancelled my membership due to moving away abroad. I contacted the Woodbridge location on three separate occasions (internationally, which is a huge inconvenience), the charge was never reversed. This location has completely ignored two emails from me. I tried to call them the day before my appointment, because I needed to cancel, and no one answered the phone despite me calling during business hours. So, I sent an email requesting the cancellation. Still, I was charged $80 for "missing" my appointment. I've tried emailing corporate, but the only email address I could find isn't valid (my email failed, according to gmail).
