Used to like this place until it came under new management. I lost my cc and when the autopay wouldn't go through they canceled my membership without notifying me (partly my fault i understand) but did not tell me that until AFTER my massage then wanted to charge me the non membership price and told me i could not use my account credit since they had closed my account ( i had over $150 in credit i hadnt used). I bought a 40minute Suana session and an hour massage on GROUPON! BEST. GROUPON. EVER. Laura, at the front desk, was super sweet! The Sunlighten Suana was INCREDIBLE!! And me masseuse Lauryn was one of the BEST I've ever had!!! I will definitely be returning ���
