totally poor experience with them! I booked an appointment 4 weeks in advance for a couple massage. I was called the day of about an hour before my scheduled appointment that they needed to cancel. the soonest they would reschedule me was a month out. on that day my boyfriend was feeling unwell and in order to protect their staff I attempted to reschedule the appointment. they were unwilling to assist me with that. Very poor customer service from the 'management' specifically. Rude to my wife on the phone, the 'therapist' showed up late to our scheduled appt (according to her) and I was already gone. I got there at 9:45am, doors were locked and lights were off (store hours are 9 to 9) waited til 10 and left. An email and a text confirmation both told me to be there early and she claimed they dont let people in early and that I shouldn't have left.
