I came here this afternoon for a massage. Parking in this plaza is extremely difficult, which already made the visit a bit frustrating. The front desk staff was quite rude, and when I asked for a printed receipt, she seemed very impatient. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The only highlight was Elizabeth — her massage was excellent and she did a great job.

Excellent massage
Got a massage from Luba in 2023 at this location and the pressure was weak and my sheet kept falling down exposing my top half and I had to keep pulling it back up. UPDATE: However, the manager just called me to ask about my review and she was lovely on the phone! She wanted to apologize for this experience and ensure me that Luba is no longer working there and that things have changed in the last 3 years since I went. I really appreciate the customer service!!
I booked a massage with no notice i might add and they were accommodating which was great. Before I leave this review I just wanna say the front desk lady was very polite and so was my massage therapist. Im not gonna stand there and yell or cause a scene nor am I gonna try and get a free massage. He asked how my massage was and said it was fine.
