Helen was great. Very comforting environment and super clean. Highly recommend. Update: Came to see Helen again after two years bc of a pinched neck nerve. Glad I did. My neck feels better already and I think after a couple more sessions, I should be on the mends. Thx goodness bc it's been a rough couple of weeks. Highly recommend Helen!

Helen is the BEST massage therapist EVER. I have very tight neck and shoulders from my job, and every time I leave, I feel SO MUCH better. All of my pain melts away. It is very rare to find a therapist who can deliver immediate results, and Helen does exactly that every treatment. Her space is quiet, clean, and restorative.
