Never can get an appointment!!! We cancelled our membership because of our location and had to hurry up and use 6 massages within two months!! Then We go for our last appointments yesterday and the receptionist tells me that there was an issue and I have to either pay for my husbands or call our home based massage envy-- not offer to handle it for me-- it was promised that they had it handled when we booked the massage "no worries". can't get an appointment when you want one, we finally cancelled our membership with 12 massages that we have to try to use in 60 days, and on top of that the manager didn't call us like they said she would and went ahead and charged us another month. typical business model designed to get as much of your money as possible with little return. They also want you to tip their employees based on the non-member price of a massage. why bother to be a member? Never again.
my therapist seemed not happy to be there, over worked or over tired? not sure but didn't seem happy to be doing my massage. I didn't get a good vibe. I would return, but not with the same therapist
Very relaxing atmosphere, and wonderful massage. Will definitely visit again. The staff is very professional and friendly.
