The therapists at Massage Envy are talented and the environment pleasant and clean; unfortunately it is difficult to get appointments. I quit my membership years ago because I would have to schedule appointments at least 2 months in advance. This lead to a high rate of cancellations on my part because my schedule was rarely known that far in advance. I did have some gift certificates so scheduled an appointment. I love going to see Krista, she is amazing. Everyone is very pleasant and with the current Covid CDC guidelines they have been remarkable and keeping everyone safe. Love it there!
I've been going here for about two years, and I've never had a bad massage. After a while you find specific masseuses that best fit your needs, and once you find them, it's amazing. Lauren is my go to - she gives amazing deep tissue massages that have worked wonders on my chronic tension headache. I've always been able to get appointments last minute if I'm flexible with my masseuse. I called today for instance and was able to get in after work tomorrow. I have called this location ( my home base) 4 times! 3 times I left voicemails... none of which were returned. I emailed once and still have yet to hear back from them. On a call last week I finally got through requesting information be sent to me on how to cancel my account. The girl said she didn’t have an email and it would have to go out in the morning when Michaela was working. Well tomorrow marks another week since that was suppose to happen. I am curious to know who else is having problems with ME continuing to withdrawal funds during this time when they have already been asked not to? They also refuse to reply back to emails. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere that has better business practices.
I went there because I got 6hrs as a gift to use use, but I ended up signing a contract and paying for my Massages every time I went there Due to the inexperience of the person in the computer. When I realized that I was paying for the massages, they postponed my time for massages for some not considerable and reasonable time, and I ended up pushing three hours in a weekend, so I would not loose them. Extending the time and not having spot available neither people does not help much. I would never go back there not recommend... read more
