I just showed up for an appointment and my therapist was a no show & the receptionist did not let me know up front, so I wasted 20 minutes wondering when the therapist was going to show up when she wasn’t there
RecommendedBryan is on point! Absolutely amazing and professional. Very clean and inviting. Schedule an appointment with Bryan you will not be disappointed!
RecommendedLove Brian! He always helps me.
RecommendedSo glad I found this place. The staff and establishment are fantastic. I have some chronic central and lower back issues that hinder me but with the masseuse I found here, I’m convinced it will help tremendously. If you need someone that can truly get deep in the muscles, Faith is your lady. Great personality and focused on fixing your ailments for sure. I signed up for the monthly plan but I’m already scheduled for every two weeks. Highly recommended.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to review Massage Envy - Williamsburg, Joseph! As independently owned and operated locations, great reviews mean a lot!
This was my first time ever receiving a professional massage and it was Amazing!! Thank You Sarah!
RecommendedJosh is excellent! Have been seeing him for over a year now, and from the very beginning he has listened and focused on just the right spots. Neck and shoulders are always my problem areas, and he works wonders! I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed but also looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you Josh!
BEWARE!! This business is running a scam where they cancel your membership and then do not honor the already paid-for services. ALREADY PAID FOR! THIEVES!!!
RecommendedBryan was absolutely amazing! He is a very skilled professional. I was pleased that he listened to me and addressed my problem areas. The absolute best massage I have ever had. Made me feel completely comfortable. Thank you so much, Bryan.
