RecommendedIt was a wonderful 90mins massage that left me feeling real good. I was a little sore because of the tension in my shoulder, but it relaxed me. Great service and I can't wait for my next visit.

Almost speechless.. almost ☺️ Takaedza was truly phenomenal! I have had chronic pain from 6 herniations and have been getting massages since 2006; this was if not the best massage I have ever had, definitely top 5. He was professional and kind, and his technique was tuned into your requests, preferences, and needs. The staff was so welcoming and helpful when I arrived, and made me feel at ease and safe to get a massage- which was so important for my first massage since the reopening phase. 1) I scheduled a 90 minute massage and received a 70 minute massage 2) I gave my therapist focus areas to work on and these were disregarded 3) When I spoke to the manager, and simply asked to receive the service I paid for, I was instead given an opportunity to spend MORE money instead. In the end, I did not get the service I paid for and was therefore robbed of $100 with no recourse. Completely disgusted.
this is my 3rd time here at Massage Envy. I absolutely love it. The staff is very professional and takes time to answer all my questions. Trenise is absolutely terrific. She takes her time and makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely refer this place to my friends. thanks again Massage Envy.
It was amazing, massage and facial
No I would not recommend this location. I called to have a credit transferred and inquired about canceling my membership. The manager on duty concluded that I was canceling my appointment. Showed up and was told that the therapist left for the day. When I asked for the GM’s contact information I was given the run around.

What a great massage I had done. I go each month, Jeanette is fantastic. My mom also goes and she says Michelle Anne is great too. So look forward to each month. I’m glad I took the monthly package. 😀
