My friend and I had 1pm appointments. We were both there well before check in time and no others in waiting area. She was taken first and my therapist did not come out until close til 1:10. With chat and change my actual massage started closer to 1:20 and it was over well before 2 since I was dressed and paid my bill for a 60 minute massage at 2 on the dot. I had a gift card for $115. Received massage, tried to use gift card, came up invalid. Turns out, Massage Envy did not separate gift card from friend's account who gave it to me. Apparently , they do now. My friend had no idea she used my gift. I had to pay for it. Massage Envy is very big on apologies but not doing the right thing. Receptionist apologized, manager, Charlotte, apologized. I wanted owner, Min, to call me. They said she would. She didn't. Called again, no return call. I hope this warns other people.
