The person that did my massage was very friendly and nice. The business model is terrible. I went there with pain in my back and just wanted to get a massage. I don't like it that they tried several times to sell me a membership and tried to upsell my appointment. They need to figure out another way to sell their product. When someone is getting a massage they do not want to be asked a million questions they are there to relax and escape that craziness.
Contract from HELL! Tried freezing my account twice for almost a year now, the Manager at the Westport location can't bother to call me but has no problem taking my payment. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Paying by massage rather than this ridiculous contract is much easier, cheaper and definitely less stressful!
I think it is awful. It has been a nightmare of an experience ever since I joined. There have been mounds of problems with billing, appointments...you name it.
